Timberlake Ranch Covenants & Restrictions (Cliffs Notes): As many people can be scared off by Property Owners Associations with dense booklets of Covenants and Restrictions (CCRs) we thought wed simplify this and address the most commonly asked questions we get about properties in developments like this. Subdivisions within Timberlake Ranch: There are five subdivisions within Timberlake Ranch: Cloh Chin Toh, Timberlake (Cibola) Unit 1, Timberlake (Cibola) Unit 2, Timberlake South and McKinley Units 1-10 and certain covenants/restrictions apply to only specific units.
