Acreages contained in the two tracts is as reflected in tax office records. Acreages received from the Farm Service Agency indicate 203.27 acres in the smaller tract and 729.28 acres in the larger tract.
Strong irrigation potential is indicated by three test holes drilled in January 2018 on the State Line Farm which adjoins the 197.47 acre tract on the east and the 729.98 acre tract on the south.
